The Board meet regularly to discuss health and safety, governance, and strategic business development including assessing merger and acquisition opportunities.
Our Group Leadership Team combine many decades of experience to drive the business forward through retail expertise, commitment to innovation, appreciation of best practice and a real desire to serve our communities.
Our in country operations are led by Country Managers who have a wealth of operational retail and network management experience.
Country Managers supported by their in-country teams have operational accountability of the local network and are responsible for managing site resources. They ensure necessary site and brand partner investments are realised.
They are also provided strategic guidance and shared services support by the Group Leadership Team.
