EG Group, master franchisee of iconic US bakery Cinnabon in the United Kingdom, is pleased to announce the opening of its flagship store in Chester city centre. This is the largest Cinnabon store in the UK and creates 15 new full and part time roles within the community.

The store is spread over two floors and spans 1,635 square feet. The state-of-the-art bakery offers complimentary Wi-Fi, a lounge area where customers can relax, and even a bookcase for any avid readers, thanks to a ‘swap a book initiative’ where people can read, exchange, and donate books. In total, the store has the capacity to accommodate over 30 customers dining in, and outdoor seating is also available, along with the usual take away service.

Guests can enjoy the famous aroma of warm dough and cinnamon, along with ooey-gooey™ treats including Classic Cinnamon Rolls, which are baked oven fresh with Makara cinnamon and brown sugar and topped with signature cream cheese frosting, as well as the MiniBon, a smaller version of the Classic Roll. Cinnabon also offers a full line of made-to-order blended beverages.

Customers can also indulge on the newly introduced ice cream brand, Carvel, America’s freshest ice cream. Treats on the menu include soft serve, sundaes, waffle cones and milkshakes.

EG Group now operates 24 Cinnabon stores in the UK, further cementing EG Group’s position as a leading Foodservice and retail convenience operator.
