Target: Start to roll out our volunteering policy – allowing colleagues up to two paid days a year to volunteer for good causes

Across all our markets, our colleagues are passionate about fundraising and give their time to good causes in the communities where they live and work. Whether it’s via formal charity partnerships, one-off donations, events or sponsorships, our colleagues actively contribute to charitable causes. Below is a selection of activities we take part in across our markets.  We will explore how we can roll out volunteering opportunities for our colleagues.
